Return Policy
Since coffee is very perishable by nature, we do not offer returns on coffee. We do value your business. If there is damage in shipping, please retain your packing slip and we ask you to take a picture showing any shipping damage. We will need the picture to file a claim with our shipping provider. You can reach us by email or phone.
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
Coffee Storage
We recommend you store your coffee in a cool dry place in an airtight opaque container. Our coffee bags are designed to roll the top down and remove the oxygen through the one-way valve and place the clip on the top to keep coffee fresh. We advise against storing coffee in the refrigerator.

We are proud to partner with a family owned specialty roaster that imports the finest Fair Trade and organic coffee from all over the world. Who in turn support women-owned farms and independent coffee growers that source in ways that only benefit their local communities. Our passion is to provide you with the best tasting coffee to start your day. You will taste the difference.
All our flavored coffees are naturally flavored, sugar-free and gluten-free.
Our decaf coffee is uniquely water processed. This method of removing caffeine from coffee doesn’t use chemicals and creates a decaf coffee with the body and flavor of a regular coffee.
We are an on-line retail business. We also set up at local vendor events.
